Our family has been using Secure Home Solutions for several years now. They are always extremely reliable, caring and accommodating. They make sure they have all the information they need in case of emergency and to do the very best job for us. Our "kids" (four dogs) have very different needs and quirks; SHS takes the time to understand and accommodate their needs. When we arrive back home, everything is in order and the kids are relaxed and content. SHS has always been very capable of taking care of our family. They know pet CPR and are very knowledgeable about pet care in general. We never worry while we are away.

Andy loves Malikah and she always leaves me great notes on what Andy did during her visit. They also do evening visits for when I want to go out - they even work on holidays! My cat Sadie is diabetic with severe pancreatitis. She has to have insulin and other meds twice daily. Because of my work, I have to travel every other week, three-four days at a time.

She gives her insulin shots and meds, makes sure she has food, fresh water and a clean litter box. She plays with her, brushes her, loves her, and keeps her happy. Tania even took her to the Vet for me when Sadie was feeling bad and my flight home was delayed. I don’t know what I would do without Secure Home Solutions!

I called Cindy at Secure Home Solutions and within an hour I had a sitter who was a professional. This isn’t an ordinary service, they’re above all!
My mom lives next door to me, but because of knee and hip surgeries, she cannot walk my three dogs, they are too rambunctious. We were so nervous about going on vacation and leaving the dogs with someone we didn’t know, so she promised to keep an eye on things.
Here’s my mom’s report. Barbara was there on time, every time, three times each day for 6 days. She stayed longer than the 45 minutes we paid for. She walked all three dogs every visit and then played with them in the back yard, too! She talked to them and she was very hands-on with them, petting them and running her hands over them to check for ticks or problems. She cleaned (actually washed) their water bowls at every visit and they had fresh water with ice in it (they love that) each time. They were fed on time and exactly the way I asked her to feed them. She even checked the mail each day, although my mom was getting the mail for us, Barbara didn’t know that, but even after six days of no mail, she still checked the mailbox each time.
Barbara did a great job. She left a report at every visit, she went way above what I've ever had in a sitter. Thanks to Barbara’s good work we could relax and actually have a great vacation!
